WAWA enjoyed the challenge of refurbishing the acclaimed Prawn On The Lawn London restaurant.
Through clever design and consultation, the team was able to increase seating capacity, upgrade work areas and improve the general flow of this two-storey restaurant.
Minimising impact to operations was a key focus along with the use of reclaimed, reused or sustainable materials such as scaffolding boards, tiles, brickwork and counter tops.
One of the key features was fabricating the new fish counter out of the old version and minimising waste by upcycling.
